  • July 4th Adventures

So I guess I'm a little too late, but Happy Independence Day

Okay okay, I'll tell you the truth.
When I woke up on July 4th, the first thing that popped up into my head wasn't "OH how I love America, Happy bday oh great country.

My first thought was more like "Ohmygoodness Akanishi Jin is turning 25 today!  Why oh why is he so old????"

You see, I am in love with this boy, but I've kind of given up on him because I wrote him a letter once (IN JAPANESE!  JUST FOR HIM!) and he hasn't responded.  I know, I know, he's a celebrity and celebrities never reply to fan mail.  But hey, I can dream, right?

Anyways, this is what I did on July 4th.

This is my 13 year old sister.  Her name is Natalie.

I don't remember where we were going...actually, I DO remember, it's just a secret. Shhh.

But it doesn't matter because we're crazy.
    Or, at least SHE is.

    soo mean :D
This is her Susan Boyle face.

    harharharharhar

People always say that Natalie and I look EXACTLY THE SAME.

These people must be blind or something.

I mean, aside from the fact that we both have black hair/brown eyes and are of Chinese descent, we do not look alike.

    She was advertising my shoe.
OHEMGEE YOU SHOULD TOTALLY BUY MY SHOE.

So we arrived at our destination.
Can you guess where I am?
Uhh, only lame people take public restroom mirror shots.

I opened the door a little bit and found a hidden mirror!

Good thing nobody walked in on me, huh.
    SURPRISE!!

    YEP, YOU GUESSED RIGHT!

I'm at McDonald's, celebrating my nation's freedom the good ol' American way.

Plus, I just wanted some cheap vanilla ice cream.

Afterwards, I went to a lame party and promptly left because drunk college kids are stupid.

At around 10 pm -ish I heard fireworks so I went up to my parents balcony and sat on the edge to watch them.

    do you see the capitol?
how dangerous, my toes look funny.

ooh look what I made!  It's an orange juice spritzer with a drop of red food coloring at the top to make it look pretty

And according to my friend, this is my "I'M GONNA KILL YOU" face.
I make this face a lot...

Oh, and here are some of the fireworks I saw.  They were bigger than they looked (of course) and the little grayish-white building on the right is the capitol.

Hahaha, I haven't done a "What I did today" entry in a long time, so thanks for sticking with me, these things can be boring.
