Lol-How-Ironic Conversation of the Day
Emma, Christine, and I were having a conversation about how in China, the adoption policies were getting stricter, so that gay couples aren’t allowed to adopt Chinese kids.
Christine: Why?
Noreen: I don’t know!
Christine: What’s wrong with gay people?
Noreen: Nothing’s wrong with gay people! It’s just the Chinese government--
Emma: Yeah! They’re making laws that don’t permit gay people to adopt here too--
Christine: Here? In America?!
Noreen: Really?
Emma: Yeah!
Christine: It’s those republicans!
Noreen: what?
Christine: Damn those stupid Christians! They’re all so judgmental and they all judge gay people and want them to die!
Emma: ???
Noreen: …
Christine: Fuck Jesus!! Fuck those retarded conservative Christians! Fuck them! All they ever do is go to their damn church! All Christians should go to hell!
Noreen: Thanks, Christine.
Christine: Oh wait…you’re Christian?
Noreen:
mhmmmm...Christine: OMG…I’m so sorry!I forgot you were Christian!!
Noreen: Umm..it’s fine.
Christine: I didn’t mean it! I’m sooo sorry!
Noreen: lol….it’s fine
Christine: But you’re not conservative, are you?
Noreen: No clue, I don’t do politics.
Christine: Ahh.. okay, good then. Fuck the conservatives!
-_-
Why oh why can’t we all just LOVE EACH OTHER.
Life would be so much nicer. lol.

There's a difference between being religious and following religion blindly. I like the Mormon religion. :]
you're the enemy! lol
@Paul_Partisan - of course :D
Christine got herself quite a potty mouth =P
I have no problem with christians as long as they know what theyre doing and the implications of it. I dont need some person who only read the first 3 pages of the bible outlining the commandments and not reading the rest of what the bible has to say/ or having any independent thought on it.
you say lol in real life?
but yes, loving each other is nice
@JustPlainMorgie - ello elle ;)
DIE!!!! Oh I'm sorry, I didn't mean you...DIE!!!!!!!
I love it when people discriminate against Christians like "ALL CHRISTIANS WANT TO KILL GAY PEOPLE.". It's really funny seeing their reaction when I'm like "Yeah I KNOW RIGHT?! Like all chinese people run takeaways and all black people are gangsters!! I mean, just cos a few of them are, we can totally stereotype YAAAAY".
=P.
Haha I have had conversations like that about other things. "I hate anyone who likes Twilight!" "I like Twilight." "Oh, well not you. I didn't mean it." Friends are funny like that.
LOL. oh man, this made me laugh.
wow. I think its ignorance like that which is more damaging.
Not to mention, they've done studies and it's proven that kids benefit more from having one male and one female parental figure than two same sex.
But still, parents period are better than none at all, I suppose?
You really say "ello elle"? Haha, but yes I agree. Love, not hate, people!
what.. what..
I know what she means!
I can't stand it when those Damn Christians post Olol-How-Ironic posts
on their Xangas.
Wait, what?
:B
@Shopgirl0393 - excuse me? so all those children of single parents are dysfunctional, right? and all orphans are like that too, right? and there's no other way that they could just have good role models, regardless of gender or sexual orientation?
@snapeful - You misunderstand me. I'm merely pointing out that it's more difficult for single parents, orphans and the like--not impossible. Of course strong, positive male/female figures in a child's life to nurture them is possible, that goes without saying. I'm not trying to imply that just because it's more difficult it shouldn't be attempted or gone throughg with, however. You can obviously disagree with me.
And if you must know, I think every family has their own dysfunctional aspects, regardless of their family unit makeup. Isn't that obvious, with me, for e.g.?! :P
@Shopgirl0393 - Okay, I guess I did. But it seemed you were against the idea of adoption by gay couples.
Argh, don't blame Christians. Blame the people who can't accept who you are. Being a Christian have nothing to do with the gay people. Sure, we don't accept same-sex relationships (beside friendship), but I know a lot of Christians who accept the people who they are and are friends with them.
It's those hard-core Christians, thinking they are totally right and they have the right to criticize other people who are just trying to live their life. We are all the same inside, even with different religions. By accepting others, we come closer to understand each other, rather than being stubborn to your own point of view.
And if the Christians wants the best for the gay people, they should keep praying, not by screaming, "OMG YOU ARE GAY SO YOU ARE GOING TO HELL!! CONVERT BEFORE YOU DO GO TO HELL!!" ^.-;
@snapeful - No, sorry if it seemed that way..I probably shouldn't be trusted to talk period right now. On cold meds and somewhat loopyyy! Haha. I actualyl quite hate how judgmental many Christians are when it comes to gays. They should look in the mirror at themselves instead of condemning others we're supposed to embrace and love..
@Shopgirl0393 - Ah, okay. Sorry then, just me being all tetchy etc. <_<
ROFL EPIC FAIL! XD
LMAO at your friend. People make life interesting.
You have funny friend.
